Sales Manager Aerospace – Europe


TeXtreme® is the market leader in Spread Tow reinforcement and the interest for this category of composite reinforcements is booming because of its ability to reduce weight and increase performance. We are experiencing a growing interest in our material from aerospace customers both in Europe and the US and now want to strengthen our European organization. In just ten years Oxeon has become a major supplier of composite reinforcements, produced mainly of carbon fiber and supplied to a range of demanding industries such as Racing,Aerospace, Sports & Leisure and Industrial with well-known and well-reputed customers and references.

 Today Oxeon offers a great opportunity for a European based sales professional with proven experience in complex sales and/or a comprehensive, working knowledge of the European Aerospace Market to join our team, promote and sell our innovative product to this segment and be part of the growing success of Spread Tow reinforcements.

 The position

You will be a part of our international sales team with focus on European customers and reporting to our VP Marketing and Sales, one of the founders. Your primary responsibility will be to expand the use of TeXtreme® within the European aerospace segment. You are expected to plan for and execute new business generation in addition to handling the current customers and relationships in this segment. Oxeon works with segment specialists focusing on specific segments to ensure comprehensive knowledge of the segment and the ability to identify opportunities and help our customers fulfill their needs and offer an optimized solution.

However for this position we are looking for someone based in central Europe and we are prepared to set up a new sales office or accommodate use of a home office at location suitable for you.


• Documented experience of complex sales, preferably from within the Aerospace industry

• Strong technical sales skills with the ability to understand customers and theirproducts, processes, suppliers, abilities and limitations in order to develop solutionsbased on performance properties

• Ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships with customers, distributors, coworkers, and business development contacts

Experience of the composites industry (raw materials, processing, applications etc.) is desirable but not a necessity.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Composites, Aerospace, or closely related discipline) or comprehensive technical/business experience in the composites field, although not required, is definitely advantageous

• Assertive attitude, high drive, eagerness to perform and win to represent a company with the same attributes

• The job will include a lot of travel

• A clean driver’s license is required
