Zhongfu Lianzhong announced that it has successfully delivered in December 2023 the Adani copper smelting flue gas desulfurization project in India, marking another solid step taken by the company in the export of large-scale FRP equipment. The project includes 12 FRP desulfurization towers, the largest of which is 11.4 meters in diameter and 30 meters high, all built by Zhongfu Lianzhong.

Once the force is uneven, it will affect the subsequent flipping and hoisting work. In order to improve the success rate of flipping and hoisting, technicians used three-dimensional visual design mode throughout the process to innovatively design anti-slip support beam structures, anti-sway and anti-flow mesh sloping bottom structures, integrated hoisting and flipping structures, etc., from production, assembly, land transportation, sea transportation. A new structural design was carried out for the desulfurization tower considering all aspects of hoisting, installation and use, and a new flipping and hoisting plan was developed. Finally, the overall smooth flipping and hoisting of the 300-ton FRP desulfurization tower was completed in one go.
