Merlinhawk Aerospace, India signs joint venture agreement with Vega Composites Italy

The Bangalore based Merlinhawk Aerospace. signed a joint venture agreement with Vega Composites, Italy to establish facility for designing and manufacturing composites products in the Tamil Nadu defence corridor The new entity will be called Merlinhawk Composites and Engineering Private Limited.

According to a release the company is aiming to target the potential demand for advanced composites products in the aerospace, marine, transportation, railway sectors in India and to develop design expertise and manufacturing know-how.

Vega Composites was founded by highly skilled technicians in the engineering industry, who were dedicated to the design and manufacture of composite structures. Merlinhawk, has over three decades experience as a partner for OEMs, user agencies and operators in the aviation and defence sectors.
